can I bring a friend?
If you’d like to bring a friend, kindly purchase a ticket for yourself and your friend, as plus ones are not allowed in to prevent overcrowding.
Kids' above 3 years old will require a ticket to enter.
can I earn cashback and points during the event for my purchases?
Yes, you will earn both cashback and points based on your membership tier.
what are the payment modes available?
Cashless payment methods such as Paynow and credit cards are accepted.
how many pieces can I try on at the fitting rooms?
Each guest is strictly limited to try on 3 pieces.
If you need to try on more than 3 pieces, do join the fitting room queue again.
how long do I have to shop at the event?
Each guest is strictly limited to a 1 hour time slot to shop during the event.
Please ensure payment is made within the hour to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
what if I am late?
Entry timings will be cut-off once the maximum capacity of 30 pax has been reached after the start of the allocated time slot. However, do note that the space will be cleared for the next time slot before your session ends and the fitting rooms will not be available.
can I cancel/refund the ticket purchase if I change my mind/cannot make it?
No refunds are allowed. If you are not able to come for your time slot, the $10 will not be refunded back and you will not receive the goodie bag.
can I use the $10 shopping voucher online/in-store?
The voucher can only be used during the event day.
If you purchased multiple time slots, each $10 voucher can be used to offset per item.
Example: Customer A has 2 x $10 vouchers, she has to purchase 2 items to use 2 x $10 vouchers.
will I be able to bring home items purchased at the event on the spot or will they be shipped to me?
Yes you may purchase items on the spot. If items are sold out, you will receive first access to purchase items online and they will be shipped out to you within the next few days.
can I return/exchange items purchased at the event?
No returns and exchanges are allowed.
can I return/exchange purchases made online/in-store at the event?
No. As this event is strictly for TCL x Mongabong, no other returns and exchanges will be allowed.
