Points are calculated based on net amount spent after discounts, store credits, gift credits, cashback and vouchers.
It excludes shipping charges and is not applicable for sale items and orders with discount codes.
For example, if you spend $36.55, excluding shipping, you will earn 365 points from the transaction.

Points have no expiry.
Cashback expires 3 months from the order completion date, and can be accumulated for use on your next purchase. There is strictly no extension of expiry for cashback.
can I combine points & cashback from multiple accounts into a single account?
Your points & cashback are strictly non-transferable and cannot be combined into a single account.

You can earn points by completing actions on the website such as following The Closer Lover’s social platforms, including Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, subscribing to our mailing list, completing your profile and leaving a product review.
Points for product reviews are only awarded after the review has been moderated and published.

Points can be used to redeem TCL vouchers, exclusive merchandise & partner perks.
can i use a portion of my cashback on my next order?
No, the full cashback amount has to be used at one go. Alternatively, you can save it for the next order.
will my points and cashback be refunded when i return an order?
The points and cashback will not be refunded. All accepted return orders will be issued store credits which can be used for your next purchase.

Yes, retail orders are eligible to receive points & cashback.
can i redeem my points and cashback at the retail stores?
Yes, cashback can be redeemed in stores. However, partner perks are redeemable online only.
