All bookings made are strictly non-cancellable, non-amenable, and non-refundable. Heritage Collection adopts a no-child policy across all our properties and we have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old. Heritage Collection is not a pet-friendly accommodation and pets are strictly not allowed within our premises. Check-in time is between 3pm and 7pm, and check-out time is by 11am. Extensions of stay are subject to availability of the unit and the prevailing market rates. Heritage Collection’s hotel operates via mobile self check-in system and all staying guests will only be issued a mobile key after they have entered details of their own credit/debit card for a S$300 incidental deposit. Guests who fail to provide a valid credit/debit card will not be able to check-in. The full list of Heritage Collection's T&Cs will be laid out in the invoice(s) upon confirmation of the booking.
